Sleeping Better & Losing Weight with FibromyalgiaLast summer, Pamela started thinking about the challenges she was having with her health. She wasn’t where she wanted to be and thought about what she needed.

Since her prior attempts to lose weight and feel better had failed, she decided to get some guidance and support. She realized that she needed someone who understood the specific challenges in getting healthy and losing weight with fibromyalgia.

She needed a Fibromyalgia Health Coach

I sought help from Tami in addressing my health challenges. My previous attempts to improve my diet, exercise and sleep habits repeatedly backfired, due to chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia.

After connecting on my Facebook Page, Pamela and I started working together. At first, we met once a week. Then, as she became more comfortable with her new healthy habits, we met every other week.
