For many of us with fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), it can feel as if setting goals and reaching them — especially health-related goals — only works for people who are already healthy!
You know that there are things that you could do to improve your health, but it feels so overwhelming, so exhausting, just thinking about even thinking about doing them.

No matter how determined you are, with fibromyalgia or CFS, it’s hard to have the motivation to get out of bed, much less work on improving your health. Then there’s the brain fog! Who could possibly develop a good strategy, vision or plan with that working against you?
It can just feel like there’s so much stacked against you before you even begin. And so, why set yourself up to fail again. Am I right?

I have a secret.
I know that you fibro and CFS babes actually do have a ton of determination and motivation. Those are the things that keep you looking for that …something… that will make a difference and help you get better. It’s that voice in your heart that says, “I know that this is not all there is!”
I also know that you can strategize and make plans with the best war generals — because this IS war, isn’t it? Every single day we have to battle against fibromyalgia and/or CFS. Every day we try to break free from the prisons that our bodies have become. We plan out our energy and strategize how we can get the things done that have to get done. And those of you who take care of little ones — don’t tell me mama can’t plan! =)
So my point is… YOU ROCK and there is NOTHING wrong with you! This is not the reason why you can’t keep your goals and resolutions!

A two-hour teleclass that teaches you how to set a goal that you’ll feel like you can actually accomplish — while helping you feel good about yourself in the process.
What you get

- Personal guidance and encouragement to walk you through making your plans
- A goal-setting process that you can apply to any aspect of your life
What you won’t get
- A to-do list of things you feel pressured to get done. The process I use is more like a “Choose Your Own Adventure Story” where you will have choices for how to proceed next.
- “Just Do It” tactics telling you to push through. We all know that when you push hard with fibromyalgia or CFS, you crash. The same is true of reaching your goals. I will encourage you and do my best to coax you forward, but I will never push!
- Condemnation for where you are right now. This class has been designed specifically for women with fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome; I have fibromyalgia myself. I know what it’s like and I know how hard it can be. {gentle hugs}
What’s included
A two-hour workshop held over conference line (or computer, if you like)- A Toolkit for Hope: A custom workbook created specifically for success with fibromyalgia and CFS
- FREE one-hour coaching session ($60 value): Each attendee will receive an additional free one-hour coaching session to help you succeed with your individualized plan of action! You will receive details on how to schedule this during the class.
What you’ll need
- Two-hours of uninterrupted time
- Your Toolkit printed out
- Something to write with
- A phone or computer (or both)
Some Tips
- I will have slides to show, but everything you really need is in your Toolkit. If you have that printed out, you won’t need a computer.
- If you can’t print out the Toolkit, you’ll want to be on your computer so you can see the slides and just have some blank paper handy.
- You can listen in via phone or computer. If you don’t want to use phone minutes or long distance, listen on your computer!
- You can respond (talk) by phone, computer microphone, or computer keyboard. This makes it really great if hearing is an issue for you.
- In case you hadn’t noticed, we’re really flexible here!
