How We Will Work Together

How We’ll Work Together

I offer several ways of working with me as a Fibromyalgia Coach: one-time consultations, regular coaching sessions, even workshops and classes! Check out the options below and see what might fit your needs best.

Story Sharing Chat and Fibromyalgia Consultation

This is a totally informal, non-threatening time where we can get to know each other and share our stories. This is also a great option if you’re wondering if your symptoms indicate that you’re suffering from fibromyalgia.

I guarantee that you will leave this appointment with things you can use right away!

Individual Coaching

This is where we start working together on a regular basis — and where the real magic happens! There are several options for one-on-one coaching.

Check out the Testimonials section of my blog for some great client celebrations.
