This page is still in process, but here are the basics…
You and I will work together to decide how and how often we should communicate to give you the support you need. Unless you have chosen to purchase a single coaching session, the amount of support you get in a month is unlimited.
I help you get to where you want to be — no matter where you are right now.
If you’re not sure yet where you want to be, this may be where we start. When I started with my Health Coach, all I could do was focus on one day at a time, getting better little by little. Eventually, I could see further into the future than just one day; I can help you do that too.
I help my clients:
- Recover some hope and freedom
- Create a sense of calm and peace of mind
- Honor their bodies by teaching self care techniques
- Regain control over their lives
- Better manage their energy
- Develop healthier eating habits
- Lower their pain levels
- Be accountable for tasks (anything from making doctor appointments and taking supplements to changing eating habits and going to bed on time)
In our coaching sessions, we will look at your current habits, then focus on setting goals to incorporate healthy habits into your daily life. Often, I will suggest Dr. Wayne Scott Anderson’s books to give our coaching time some structure. Together, you and I will decide what to focus on.

Every time, we will talk through any challenges that have come up since our last time together, as well as celebrate your victories. Often, I’m the one who has to point out what a victory is because it’s so easy to overlook the little things that should be celebrated!
You will always leave your coaching session with one or two items to work on until we talk again. This gives you focus and helps you build lasting results.
I give presents! (I’m a firm believer in rewards!)
For my clients who are focusing on weight loss, you will receive a special gift from me for every 10 pounds that you lose.
For my other clients, we will work together to determine what goals you want to work towards.
Past rewards have included gift certificates for goodies such as:
- Massage
- Jewelry
- Nutritional supplements
- Clothing alterations
- One-on-one training with a Pilates instructor
- One-on-one training with an NASM Personal Trainer (who has fibromyalgia herself!)

There are several different options for one-on-one coaching. You can purchase coaching sessions one at a time, one month at a time, or receive them for free with certain workshops.
If you decide to take advantage of the nutritional program that I recommend — and that changed my life! — then coaching is also free.
I always recommend that we sit down and chat first so that you can get to know me better and I can learn more about what you need from me before you make any decisions.
